AL-218 is a Play Pen for Power Loungers. This two bedroom, two bath cabin features a vast window wall that is ideal for solar gain and spectacular views. The deck is designed to encourage dining, hot tubbing and strolling. The Play Pen is equally at home on a creek or a cliff.
The Chieftain, a uniquely Southwestern design, draws on a traditional native home shape for its inspiration. The interior space can be customized in many interesting ways, and through the use of skylights, light can be made to sculpt the interior divisions according to your needs. AL-400 is a vintage design that appeared in the original catalog in 1932. It has been our most popular home model. This lasting appeal is testimony to the quality of both its interior and exterior design features. The dramatic living room with eleven foot high walls, cathedral ceiling, central rock fireplace, and overhead balcony create an ideal setting for the enjoyment of a large family and friends. Three spacious bedrooms plus a small bedroom, a central kitchen next to the den/living room, and front and back porches make this a home made for memories.
AL-144L is a universal plan. The traditional cabin style, with one large bedroom downstairs and a spacious loft with a mini bath satisfies many different requirements. This classic appeal is probably the reason we have numerous variations on file. It has been designed with simple features to keep the building costs in line with cabin and small home budgets. It is perfect for a cabin the whole family can enjoy or a retirement home with space in the loft for the kids and grandkids!
AL-311L has a lot of style. Two bedrooms downstairs, plus a dormered master bedroom upstairs. The prowed roof protects the gable window in the summertime while allowing solar gain in the winter. AL-403L is today's thoroughly modern log home! Over 3000 square feet of dynamic living space: an adult suite featuring an elegant bath, walk-in closet, cathedral ceilings, and the very private porch perfect for a hot tub; two bedrooms with side by side bathrooms; a loft or great room; a dream kitchen wing complete with dining room and service room; an entry that leads to a grand living room which can feature either the traditional fireplace front wall or the dramatic window wall (shown).
